8 Ears of corn

1 Pint grape tomatoes

¼ c. green onion, chopped

3 stems fresh oregano, remove leaves from stem

4 Fresh basil leaves

2 t. salt

½ t. pepper

2 t. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

½ c. Olive Oil

2 T. Balsamic vinegar

  1. Cut fresh corn off cobb, place in medium bowl.
  2. Cut grape tomatoes in half, add to bowl.
  3. Chop fresh oregano and basil, add to bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, and combine.
  5. Put in serving dish.
